PRODUCT MANAGER

Product Development Department

Responsibilities - Product Manager 

  • Manage a major greenfield product project, helping to shape the next generation platform

  • Analyse existing systems and applications with a view to migrate to latest cloud technologies

  • Create and product product road maps working closely with Developers, Support, 3rd Party Vendors, Project Managers, and Senior Stakeholders

  • Use your creativity and initiative to provide forward thinking plans to propel the software platform

Essential Skills - Product Manager 

  • Previous experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a Software Development Environment

  • Experience managing the full product life-cycle including ability to create product road maps over different strands

  • Commercial exposure to cloud technologies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with developers, support, project managers and senior stakeholders

  • Previous experience building and managing just internal relationships but also with third party software/service vendors

  • A sense of humour and ability to work with a tight knit team in a small

SCRUM MASTER

Agile Transformation Department

What You’ll Be Doing:

Some of the additional key areas of focus include:

  • Business and development team adoption of iterative delivery and planning methods

  • Creation of a feedback culture

  • Enabling high performing, self-organized Scrum teams as well as development teams being engaged in Agile delivery methods, holding each other and the team to account

  • Successful utilization of Scrum Ceremonies to promite product/project delivery

  • Consistent and predictable development team capacity

  • Development team shielded from outside distractions and helped to remove impediments

  • Metrics that demonstrate continuous improvement and learning

Who We’re looking For:

  • We’re looking for an individual with demonstrable experience in a Scrum Master role, who can work effectively to Agile values and principles as well as all aspects of the software delivery life cycle.

  • Do you have a deep knowledge of Scrum framework as well as a track record in championing agile practices and continuous improvement initiatives?

  • Do you have excellent coaching and facilitation skills?

  • This role requires a solid understanding of iterative development and incremental delivery.
